Analyze customer master data from multiple source systems to identify data quality issues, duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Perform data profiling, data mapping, gap analysis, and source-to-target mapping for MDM implementation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business and data requirements.
Define and validate business rules for data standardization, enrichment, match & merge, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
Support data cleansing, normalization, deduplication, and data enrichment initiatives.
Validate customer master records and ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards.
Work with Informatica MDM Developers to configure business rules and validate implementation.
Analyze integration requirements between Informatica MDM and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and third-party data providers (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet).
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production validation.
Prepare functional specifications, data dictionaries, mapping documents, test cases, and process documentation.
Generate data quality reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor data accuracy and completeness.
Participate in data migration, reconciliation, issue resolution, and post-production support activities.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in Data Analysis, Master Data Management, or Data Governance.
Strong understanding of Customer Master Data concepts.
Experience with Informatica MDM (preferred).
Knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) is an advantage.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
Data Profiling and Data Mapping.
Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM).
Data Cleansing and Data Quality.
Match & Merge concepts.
Survivorship Rules.
Data Governance and Data Stewardship.
Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working on enterprise MDM or Data Governance projects is preferred.
Certification in Informatica MDM or Data Management is a plus.
