You will own the analysis and governance of customer master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer master data to identify quality issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Perform data profiling, mapping, and gap analysis for MDM implementation.
• Define and validate business rules for standardization, match & merge, and survivorship.
• Support data cleansing, enrichment, and integration with Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and data quality dashboards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Master Data Management, or Data Governance.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Informatica MDM (preferred) and Oracle/SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of Customer Master Data concepts and Data Governance.
• Proficiency in Data Profiling, Data Mapping, and Source-to-Target Mapping.
• Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and JIRA for project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Customer 360.
• Knowledge of Tableau for reporting and analytics.
