You will manage, process, and present data to support organizational decision-making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage master data lifecycles, including creation, updates, deletions, and user role management.
• Design and manage the reporting environment, encompassing data sources, security, and metadata.
• Develop reports and analyses from single or multiple systems while troubleshooting database environments.
• Perform quality assurance on imported data and collaborate with QA teams to ensure accuracy.
• Support data warehouse initiatives for integrity, normalization, and revised reporting requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and SAS.
• Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
• Technical expertise in data mining and data cleansing.
• Ability to train end users on new reports and dashboards and provide expertise on data storage structures.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience with predictive modeling techniques.
• Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions.
