Responsibilities

• Lead projects from requirements gathering through completion, translating complex business goals into analytical approaches.
• Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and reasonableness.
• Perform historical data analysis to identify trends and risks, validating techniques used by other analysts.
• Prepare expert-level visualizations and presentations that translate insights into tangible business solutions.
• Develop, own, and manage recurring reporting and analytic processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Strong stakeholder management and value-driven prioritization skills.
• Solid understanding of risk and performance best practices.
• Experience serving as the primary liaison for risk and performance in assigned business areas.
• Ability to document and share best practices across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in a related field.
