You acquire, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data to surface trends using advanced methods. You develop and manage recurring reporting processes and serve as the analytics expert on cross-functional teams. You prepare expert-level visualizations and presentations that translate complex findings into tangible solutions for business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects through completion, adhering to engagement processes and translating business goals into technical approaches.
• Acquire, compile, and verify the quality and accuracy of structured and unstructured data.
• Perform historical data analysis to identify trends and validate techniques used by other analysts.
• Develop, own, and manage recurring analytic and reporting processes.
• Create and deliver expert-level visualizations and presentations to drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in Tableau (required).
• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Stakeholder management and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong understanding of risk and performance best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI.
