Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines in BigQuery on GCP.
• Generate reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
• Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Python programming skills.
• Experience with ETL pipeline development in BigQuery (BQ) on GCP.
• Proficiency with Tableau for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with GCP services.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce experience (Service Cloud, Reporting, Admin).
• Domain experience in Health Insurance or Contact Center.
