You will analyze large datasets to drive data-driven decisions and manage database designs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop data models and manage database design and development.
• Apply data mining and segmentation techniques to large datasets.
• Write complex queries and generate reports using Business Objects or similar packages.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for database management and querying.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Working knowledge of XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks.
• Practical experience with statistical packages such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS.
• Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis methodologies.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within ServiceNow.
