Description

You will manage environmental data analysis and KPI implementation for approximately 190 upstream oil and gas production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a major Spotfire multi-dashboard dedicated to project reporting.
• Perform QA/QC on data to identify and request fixes at the source level.
• Execute periodic and routine internal and external reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, and engineering teams to align data with facility design and operating parameters.
• Implement reporting requirements in coordination with asset environmental teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, ideally within the oil and gas industry.
• Advanced Spotfire proficiency, including Spotfire Expression Language, writing Data Functions, and using control actions.
• Experience linking SEEQ to Spotfire via href and managing tabular data relationships.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to maintain Spotfire UI/UX.
• Understanding of IT resources including Servers and Cloud environments.
• Project management proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Data Analytics.
• Tibco Spotfire Analyst level developer certification.
• Experience with Snowflake, Sigma, or SEEQ.
• Ability to automate Spotfire data outputs to Excel using Python or R scripts.
