Responsibilities

• Extract data from Jira and other sources using SQL, Python, or R.
• Analyze transactional data and bug reports to identify trends.
• Develop, test, and refine hypotheses based on extracted datasets.
• Drive efficiency gains and quality improvements through data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and data mining.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with Jira for extracting bug reports and transactional data.
• Proven ability in data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a lead capacity.
