You will perform complex data mining, statistical analysis, and trend analysis to support operational decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts for monitoring and delivering monthly contract reports and deliverables.
• Integrate multiple disciplines within an operations research team to translate technical methods for operational managers.
• Distill structured and unstructured data into cohesive analytical products for business audiences.
• Perform pattern analysis to formulate recommendations based on past, current, and anticipated environments.
• Develop and update training materials regarding analytic tools, procedures, and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis or operations research.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization and Power BI.
• Expertise in statistics, data cleaning, and data preparation.
• Proven ability to advise senior DoD decision makers on research methodologies and results.
• Experience using Logistics Management Program, Vantage, or Virtual Contracting Enterprise.
• Familiarity with GFEBS, SAP Business Objects/Web Intelligence, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Army-specific systems including PD2 and PADDS.
