Description

You will manage data quality and governance workflows using ObservePoint to ensure data accuracy across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the backlog of data quality work within ObservePoint.
• Own the ObservePoint tool, improving efficiency through historical use and domain knowledge.
• Review and respond to identified data issues daily, owning the response strategy.
• Drive data collection validation by working closely with engineers.
• Improve data capture accuracy by maintaining requirements and building audits, journeys, rules, alerts, and notifications.
• Access raw data via API and pull it into visualization tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Analytics or IT.
• Proficiency in Data Quality Management with ObservePoint.
• Experience with tag management systems and data layers such as Tealium, Signal, or Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Experience with Data Management and Data Visualization tools.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to enforce requirements and communicate implications of non-compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with App/Mobile analytics, pixel implementation, APIs, or Webhooks.
• Knowledge of React and Node.js.
