You will bridge business stakeholders and the development team to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical documentation, user stories, and product backlogs.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic to ensure scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources.
• Analyze data to answer stakeholder questions and identify efficiency improvements.
• Manage project roadmaps, scheduling, PMO updates, and conflict resolution within Agile Scrum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Snowflake and basic database concepts.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
• Experience working on migration projects using cloud technologies.
• Ability to create data mapping documents and technical writing for queries and reports.
• Experience in Agile Scrum development, including attending scrum events.
• Proven analytics skills in data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
• Ability to communicate business logic clearly to development teams.
