Roles and Responsibilities:

• Debug client-reported complex incidents and resolve them on time.
• Attend client meetings to resolve queries and update status reports for weekly presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data processes.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or MSTR.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities to ensure accurate and efficient data flow.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across systems and platforms.

Skills Required:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Shall have worked on AWS or any public cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of any ETL framework.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following is mandatory: Python/Java/React/MSTR/Tableau/PowerBI.
• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
• Ability to use tools like ServiceNow, SharePoint is required.
• MS Office Suite expertise is a must.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Able to learn and work on new tools and technologies as required.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
• Experience in working with, leading/coaching juniors is desirable.
