Description

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decision-making. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support strategic decisions.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel functions including VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and Pivot Tables for data manipulation.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Extract, filter, and join data from relational databases using SQL.
• Communicate findings through written and oral presentations to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically Advanced Excel Macros and functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and Pivot Tables.
• Foundational SQL knowledge and understanding of relational database concepts.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• High attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to deliverables.
• Ability to organize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python, Tableau, Power BI, or DASH.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA and SHS.
• Understanding of forecasting methodologies like time series, regression, exponential smoothing, and moving averages.
