Description

You will own the data analysis and reporting lifecycle to support people strategy and operational efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting solutions and dashboards to monitor key KPIs.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build data analytic products with self-service capabilities for stakeholders.
• Automate the preparation of regular reports to improve efficiency.
• Define business requirements through discovery sessions with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong background in data manipulation and advanced quantitative analysis.
• Proven experience building dashboards and business intelligence solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting People team KPIs through analytics.
