You will provide data-driven insights and visualizations to support demand-supply planning, capacity planning, and SIOP processes.
Responsibilities
- Create custom data analyses and visualizations to drive decision-making for supply chain planning.
- Define user requirements to develop metrics, tools, and dashboards.
- Build and manage customer dashboards for Supply Chain Planning, SIOP, and site health.
- Improve existing tools and dashboards based on customer feedback.
- Make data-based business recommendations to influence stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Proven ability to build and manage dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight.
- Experience working with databases and SQL in a business environment (Redshift, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL).
- Proficiency in Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, and Power Pivot.
- Ability to define requirements and use metrics to draw business insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Capacity to work independently, adjust priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience in operations or supply chain planning.
- Undergraduate degree in business, data, engineering, or a related field.
