Description

You will support the Project/Program Management group by driving process improvement through data-driven decision-making and digital workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and project metrics.
• Manage the migration of project management data and workflows from SharePoint to Planview.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate manual processes.
• Build Power Apps to digitize forms and enable mobile-friendly data entry.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems through validation rules and audits.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or project support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Power Platform, specifically Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Planview or similar project portfolio management tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration and workflow migration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Experience with Planview configuration and reporting.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, or ETL processes.
