Description

You will support the Voice of the Customer organization by building the data foundation necessary for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify and gather data from multiple organizational sources to support VoC initiatives.
• Assess gaps and inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend improvements.
• Establish standards and best practices for data collection and consolidation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate data output into actionable business insights.
• Maintain data integrity across reporting systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience working with diverse data sources and large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the use of macros for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through structured analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental relationship building.
• Experience establishing data standards and improving data processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within a Voice of Customer team.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
