Description

You will analyze transactional and customer datasets to improve risk controls and fraud prevention strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights from large incident and portfolio data to enhance risk controls.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and data pipelines to monitor risk strategy performance.
• Create risk management frameworks and decode policies to mitigate fraud and product threats.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement scalable global risk policies.
• Manage metrics and communicate backend data findings to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau, including dashboard building and data visualization.
• Strong data wrangling skills to handle large-scale datasets containing millions of rows.
• Background in payment risk within an ecommerce environment.
• Ability to work accurately and carefully with sensitive data.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Python for data analysis.
