Description

You will analyze maintenance and reliability data across various systems.

Responsibilities

• Import, cleanse, and validate maintenance and reliability data from SAP and other sources.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and prepare KPI reports for management review.
• Perform trend analysis and Pareto analysis to deliver actionable insights for maintenance improvement.
• Facilitate weekly reliability meetings and track follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
• Support administrative functions including documentation, scheduling, and onboarding.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Power BI/DAX.
• Familiarity with SAP PM, Snowflake, or Maximo.
• Understanding of basic statistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP PM or Snowflake.
