You will design and manage complex data structures for enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop medium to highly complex logical database designs, data models, and relational definitions.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, business analysts, and development teams to resolve information flow and content issues.
• Contribute to or lead enterprise-wide complex projects and enhancements.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure data quality and integrity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT work experience, including 5 years in quality assurance or data management.
• 4+ years of advanced SQL capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Spark.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise with data quality tools for profiling, cleansing, and standardization.
• Experience implementing master data and hierarchy synchronization solutions.
• Experience working with healthcare data.
