You will develop and apply models to drive business improvement and implement data collection strategies to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to maintain data quality.
• Identify business trends, form hypotheses, and present findings to leaders across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and deploy analytics solutions.
• Provide proactive, consultative solutions for reporting and analytics improvement opportunities.
• Mentor and coach others using process and divisional expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and MySQL.
• Experience using Python for data tasks.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office Suite skills.
• Data visualization experience with Tableau.
• Ability to perform complex predictive analysis, including demand/sales forecasting and product costing.
• Experience in Market Research and Analysis.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify patterns and suggest process improvement projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Alteryx (ETL).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Background as a Supply Chain Analyst.
