Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses to uncover insights into business performance and marketplace dynamics.
• Design and execute A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on data logging implementation, pipeline integrity, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics and business performance.
• Present findings and data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and interpreting experimental results.
• Skilled in building dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau.
• Strong background in statistics and data analytics.
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to marketplace or platform business models.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts or advanced statistical modeling.
• Certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related tools such as Google Data Analytics.
