Own the analytics pipeline for healthcare Revenue Cycle performance, delivering data-supported solutions to optimize operational and financial outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop automated reports and multi-hierarchical graphics to explain healthcare and financial metrics.
• Create presentations and visualizations using infographics to communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with clients to provide analytics that support the planning and deployment of operational strategies.
• Interpret complex data sets to assist in maximizing organizational resources and financial performance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst specifically within the healthcare Revenue Cycle industry.
• Strong functional knowledge of Revenue Cycle operations and healthcare data structures.
• 2+ years of experience working with relational databases and T-SQL.
• Proven experience building reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data analytics, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-dimensional schema databases and MDX.
• Proficiency in analytical programming languages such as Python or R.
