Description

Design and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support business intelligence needs. Translate complex data into actionable insights through clear documentation and user testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and format Excel and Tableau dashboards for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive analysis.
• Maintain and update existing reports to forecast or guide business activity.
• Publish Tableau workbooks to QA, production, and public servers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, technical, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable reports.
• Present data findings through clear documentation and user testing to ensure successful adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop for developing and managing complex dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis functions, scripts, and charts.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience querying databases including IBM Db2, z/OS, AWS RDS, and AWS Aurora.
• Experience with data preparation and working within a Data Warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to create analytical, time series, statistical, and expenditure reports.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building Christmas Tree, Tracking, and Ranking reports.
