Description

You will perform data analysis, entry, and management for the MCH Helpline and Indiana 211 Partnership platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data exporting and importing across database systems using Tableau and Excel.
• Maintain and update resources within the Liv Pregnancy Mobile App and the MCH Helpline integrated intake system.
• Update provider capacity for the OB Navigation Initiative utilizing the Indiana 211 Partnership database.
• Produce caller data reports using various filters such as referrals, call types, and provider needs.
• Resolve discrepancies in source documents by following program procedures and consulting with management.
• Ensure agency information, sites, and services are accurately reflected in the database.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience with database management systems or a related field.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Excel for data movement and analysis.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel.
• Knowledge of Information and Referral (I&R) standards.
• Experience or training in AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) standards.
• Strong logical and analytical skills for decision-making regarding data entry.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related program.

Preferred Skills

• AIRS certification.
