Description

You will manage data analysis, integrity, and reporting for the MCH Helpline, Indiana 211 Partnership, and related platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage data exporting and importing across database systems using Tableau and Excel.
• Maintain and update resources within the Liv Pregnancy Mobile App and the MCH Helpline integrated intake system.
• Update provider capacity for the OB Navigation Initiative using the Indiana 211 Partnership database.
• Produce caller data reports filtered by referrals, call types, and provider needs.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with database management systems or a related field.
• Proficiency with Tableau for data movement and analysis.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel.
• Knowledge of Information and Referral (I&R) standards.
• Experience or training in AIRS (Alliance of Information and Referral Systems) standards.
• Strong logical and analytical skills for data entry decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Information Technology, Informatics, or a related program.
