You will build and maintain analytical solutions to drive operational performance and strategic decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical analytical solutions through stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop data models and perform ad hoc analyses using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT to enhance pipelines and reporting infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx and ETL processes.
• Experience working with Big Data and large datasets.
• Strong skills in data modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to document reporting workflows and automate processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
