You own the end-to-end process of transforming raw data into strategic business insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, clean, and harmonize data from various sources using Azure, DataBricks, and DATA IQ.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for efficient data processing.
• Conduct complex analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights using advanced SQL and PySpark.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visual reports, communicating results to stakeholders to support decisions.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level analysts and lead analytics project segments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, preferably in R&D.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure data services (storage, compute, Azure Data Factory).
• Expertise with DataBricks, including Delta Lake implementation.
• Strong command of DATA IQ SQL, including performance optimization.
• Proficiency in PySpark for data wrangling and pipeline scripting.
• Proven skills in data modeling, statistical analysis, and visualization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into business strategies for senior management.
