Description

You will analyze electronic health records and build clinical and financial dashboards to support healthcare decision-making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Query electronic health records (EHR) and database systems using SQL.
• Build clinical and financial dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive health modeling using Python or R.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying complex datasets.
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Programming skills in Python or R for statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR data schemas.
• Understanding of ICD-10/CPT medical coding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with healthcare standards and data privacy compliance.
