You will manage complex datasets to drive organizational decision-making through statistical analysis and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and communicate findings to leadership.
• Design and manage surveys using Microsoft Forms, integrating data with other systems for analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and data risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Expertise in using statistical tools to identify patterns in complex datasets.
• Proven ability to provide actionable insights through data cleaning and interpretation.
• Experience managing project deliverables and monitoring performance against timelines.
• Ability to design, implement, and analyze user-friendly surveys via Microsoft Forms.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Google Advanced Data Analytics certification.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Excel.
