Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and issues impacting business operations, proposing mitigation solutions.
• Ensure data integrity by reviewing datasets for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Develop and automate large data sets for mining, including exploratory analysis and visualization.
• Create insightful dashboards for management to support informed business decisions.
• Apply available tools to solve evolving business problems through data mining and ad hoc analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• High proficiency in data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire.
• Strong skills in data analysis, data manipulation, and problem-solving.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous efforts with a focus on results.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
