Data Analyst - IT IV

Manage and analyze large, complex datasets to drive business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate large datasets for data mining and exploratory analysis.
• Build insightful dashboards and visualizations to support management decisions.
• Identify and solve evolving business problems by applying analytical tools to raw data.
• Lead projects independently by defining requirements and presenting new ideas without direct user input.
• Manage multiple simultaneous analytical efforts with a focus on results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, or in a related analytical role.
• Significant exposure to SQL and relational databases.
• High proficiency in data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or Excel.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets (400k-500k daily records).
• Strong data manipulation, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working within a Data Warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and act as a thought leader.
