Description

You will calculate customer refunds and resolve business errors within the Remediation Analytics team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytical initiatives using segmentation, optimization, and machine learning to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with Business Risk to develop action plans and calculate accurate refund amounts.
• Create, automate, and prototype dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics for leadership.
• Design and implement tests to track performance and optimize business strategies.
• Manage multiple project priorities and communicate progress to cross-functional business partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and SAS.
• Experience with data segmentation, optimization, and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and financial impact analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and automate reports and dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or credit card environments.
• Experience with customer remediation or restitution processes.
