Description

You will manage data modeling, ETL development, and data quality integration for large-scale analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multidimensional model databases and ETL processes.
• Calculate data error rates and perform data cleansing on source databases.
• Manage data quality and master data management integration.
• Create ERDs, business vocabulary, data dictionaries, and database schema mappings.
• Execute data analytic implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with multidimensional model database design and ETL design/development.
• 4+ years of experience calculating data error rates and performing data cleansing.
• 4+ years of experience with data quality and master data management integration.
• 4+ years of experience with ERDs, business vocabulary, data dictionaries, and schema mapping.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytic implementation projects.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-based data stack tools and platforms.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills for knowledge transfer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Child Welfare data modeling, case management, and analytics.
• Knowledge of data quality and data exchange components for federal Child Welfare management systems.
