Description

You will manage roadway characteristics inventory data and ensure accurate HPMS reporting compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Audit current HPMS processes and reporting workflows to identify version compatibility or code issues.
• Implement technical solutions to enhance, modify, or fix identified system deficiencies.
• Align all system changes with updated HPMS reporting requirements and Federal mandates.
• Manage roadway characteristics inventory data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related systems management.
• Expertise with Linear Referencing Methods in Oracle.
• Proficiency with Oracle Workspace Manager.
• Deep understanding of HPMS and Federal reporting requirements.
• Experience with Roadway Characteristics Inventory Data Management.
• Strong skills in PL/SQL coding and database logic.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebLogic.
• Previous supervisory experience.
