Description

You will manage data mining and analysis within the Learning Management System to ensure compliance with state training standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze LMS data to track officer training compliance and self-development hours.
• Audit customer-submitted information for accuracy and completeness against state requirements.
• Monitor and report on quality assurance trends to drive continuous improvement in training delivery.
• Develop and implement new quality assurance measures to assess specialized training events.
• Coordinate with the Training Division to assist in managing staff development projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience performing audits and quality assurance checks within a regulatory or training environment.
• Ability to produce detailed reports regarding compliance and training effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills to meet strict regulatory deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a compliance role within a regulatory environment.
