Description

You will translate business and systems requirements into technical specifications for custom reports, datasets, and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate data solution options to provide recommendations to project leads.
• Document business requirements and produce consistent data definitions for complex projects.
• Develop current state process maps and identify digitization opportunities through data analytics and master data management.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data, generate useful datasets, and build models depicting consumer trends.
• Define and manage test datasets for integration testing and problem analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data discovery and analysis.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAS, or Oracle.
• Strong experience with database management systems including MSSQL, Oracle, and Redshift.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of consumer banking, financial products, and business processes.
• Ability to work with SQL and non-SQL tools and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile processes.
• Background in financial services or banking.
• Experience in data design or data management.
