You will translate commercial needs into technical requirements and actionable insights. You serve as the bridge between business units and the data team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to address needs in data science, AI, ML, business intelligence, and reporting.
• Organize business units to gather, combine, and analyze data to identify process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data team fulfillment.
• Partner with data stewards to identify data quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
• Establish, prioritize, and document the initiative pipeline and project lessons learned.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Advanced use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Demonstrable experience working with Power BI.
• Strong skills in data quality and metadata management.
• Experience driving workshops to elicit requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement cross-border or global requirements and procedures.
• Fluent written and conversational English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Data Management related certification.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Understanding of finance concepts and the broker industry.
