Description

You will lead a team of data analysts and deliver data solutions including ETL, database design, and Power BI reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3-6 Data Analysts, providing daily guidance.
• Collect business requirements and translate them into functional and data flow specifications.
• Implement data flows and transformations using Talend and SQL.
• Design and define relational database structures for efficient data management.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Power BI reports to deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Proven expertise in SQL and ETL tools, specifically Talend.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring analyst teams.
• Strong knowledge of data governance practices and database design principles.
• Proficiency in developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards.
• Ability to work effectively within agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional ETL platforms beyond Talend.
