Description

Lead data analysis efforts and manage a team to design enterprise data warehouses, reporting structures, and operational data stores.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document data requirements for Operational and Enterprise Data Warehouses with business users.
• Write complex PL/SQL queries across source systems and data marts to identify trends and anomalies.
• Provide oversight on database designs, models, and processes while managing data dependencies.
• Identify data quality issues and support governance initiatives through continuous analysis of data flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a data-intensive financial services environment.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced PL/SQL and Oracle queries and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, scripts, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and Business Intelligence tools such as SAP BusinessObjects.
• Strong understanding of database models and data mart structures.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience using Erwin for data modeling.
• Prior experience specifically within the Financial Services industry.
