You will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and solidify data processes and quality.
• Develop business reporting and increase data availability through automation.
• Investigate and problem-solve data issues.
• Participate in all phases of system testing.
• Execute work plans and estimates within Agile Project Program Increment meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments across multiple feature teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data pipeline automation.
• Familiarity with Agile Project Program Increment planning.
