Lead analytics initiatives to drive business process efficiencies and support e-commerce savings goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own data architecture for pickup reporting by consolidating datasets to reduce technical debt and improve user experience.
• Supervise and coach direct reports through regular performance feedback and excellence discussions.
• Partner with teams to build the Fulfillment Data Platform (FDP) and support the rollout of the gold layer.
• Standardize data processes, increase automation, and improve data availability and quality.
• Collaborate with Finance and Innovation teams to document and visualize the financial impact of process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI to support large-scale user bases.
• Experience working within an Agile Project framework, including completing estimates and work plans within Program Increment (PI) meetings.
• Proven ability in the design, development, and implementation of data solutions.
• Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for key business applications.
• Ability to facilitate working sessions to define current and future state work processes.
• Participate in all phases of system testing across multiple component teams.

Preferred Skills

• Availability to provide on-call support during after-hours and weekends.
