Description

You will design and deliver data-driven solutions for banking functions including finance, treasury, and regulatory reporting. You partner with product teams to understand data models and build tailored reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate reports.
• Apply domain modelling to design business products, ensuring high data quality and minimizing redundancy.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all data layers.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to boost reporting efficiency.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders using clear visualizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database querying techniques.
• Experience managing and optimizing queries for large volumes of data in relational stores.
• Proficiency with technical data formats: JSON, Avro, and Parquet.
• Ability to design and implement effective tests (unit, component, integration, end-to-end, performance).
• Experience delivering end-to-end reporting solutions on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a highly regulated environment or the financial sector.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience in data analysis using Python.
