Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through data modeling and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build data models that ensure integrity and align with business processes.
• Gather requirements and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define problem statements.
• Apply analytic techniques such as regression and forecasting to provide actionable insights.
• Evolve metrics and support the automation of reporting and visualization across departments.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flows to assist developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency.
• Full-stack familiarity with both UI (front end) and Backend systems.
• Experience with QNXT, CCA, EDI, or Edifecs healthcare systems.
• Ability to design architecture diagrams and detailed process flows.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Experience driving requirements gathering sessions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QNXT UM.
