You will translate complex data into actionable business insights through end-to-end analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business, Product, and Design teams to handle requirement gathering, data acquisition, and impact driving.
• Develop clear analysis and reports ranging from granular data to executive-level presentations.
• Perform ETL processes to acquire, segment, and aggregate data from existing sources.
• Apply hypothesis-driven testing and root-cause analysis to identify trends and process variations.
• Present data-driven stories to senior leaders across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data acquisition, segmentation, and aggregation from scratch.
• Experience with Python or similar programming languages.
• Practical application of ETL processes and Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts.
• Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical techniques.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to identify emerging trends.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
