Description

Manage data analytics projects for the Talent & Culture function, delivering actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on user experience and data modernization.
• Analyze end-to-end processes and underlying data to identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
• Discover, interpret, and communicate complex data findings to internal stakeholders and company executives.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate analytics projects to support Talent & Culture objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SSRS for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to present data-driven insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in project management, including task coordination and planning.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modernization initiatives.
• Background in HR or Talent & Culture analytics.
