Description

You will manage claims data analysis and reporting to identify trends and variances.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture, store, and compare Production and Test claims data.
• Generate reports on claims matches and mismatches based on defined variance thresholds.
• Perform trend analysis and deliver insights derived from data analytics.
• Provide ad hoc and urgent reporting for business and IT requests.
• Work independently to execute tasks without step-by-step instructions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and trend identification.
• 2+ years of experience with strong PL/SQL skills.
• 2+ years of experience with advanced Power BI skills.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Ability to perform variance analysis on large datasets.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Any Graduate degree.
