Description

You will manage and optimize data environments within the Azure ecosystem to support advanced analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and serverless SQL solutions for on-demand data querying.
• Build and manage Azure Synapse SQL pools, optimizing storage and query performance for large datasets.
• Implement data security measures including RBAC, data masking, and encryption across Azure and Databricks.
• Enable self-service data exploration and reporting capabilities using Synapse and Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering.
• Advanced T-SQL for complex querying and stored procedure development.
• Azure Synapse and Azure Databricks implementation and management.
• Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Knowledge of big data technologies including Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
• Experience with data security protocols, RBAC, and encryption.
• Understanding of network security, including VNets, Firewalls, and private endpoints.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and source control.
• Bachelor's degree.
