Description

You will annotate email data to train AI filters and machine learning models. You will examine email elements such as headers, links, and attachments to categorize content accurately. You will analyze internet domain and IP address reputations to identify malicious URLs and phishing attempts. You will label diverse datasets including emails and messages for model training. You will monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans to address shortfalls. You will support the Project Manager with day-to-day service operations and departmental administration.

Responsibilities

• Annotate emails and label data for AI/ML training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or project support.
• Experience with KPI management and reporting.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail in data labeling.
• Basic understanding of email security and phishing indicators.
• Project management support experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with machine learning data pipelines.
• Experience with email header analysis tools.
